You may order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
By following the link on this page to the online form. You will need to carry out the simple, quick registration if you have not done so already. When ordering online please be aware your prescription will be ready two working days later.
When you are going on holiday and need to order your medication early. Please let us know If you are staying in the UK – we will post-date your prescription so you can get it from a pharmacy where you stay. If you are going abroad – we will post-date your prescription and your doctor will amend the date manually so you can get it before you go. Please remember it will not be due again until the usual date.
By ticking the required items and leaving your request at reception in the box provided . You may collect your prescription two working days later from the surgery. Alternatively, you may collect your medication two working days later from Whitfields Pharmacy in Coxhoe, Bowburn Pharmacy, West Cornforth or Kelloe Pharmacy. Please let us know where you wish to pick up your prescriptions.
The above Pharmacies also do a delivery service, but this must be arranged with you and the Pharmacy of your choice.
By phoning the surgery: 0191 377 0604 between 11am and 4pm, posting it to us, or dropping it in to us, with a stamped addressed envelope . We will send it back to you within the usual two working days. Please remember to allow sufficient time for it to get back to you, so you don’t run out.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
